Some of you have asked for more information regarding the Seattle housing market and specifically why it may be a great time to buy.

The link below will take you to sales numbers for the King County Area.  If you like, I can provide them for your zip code.  What the numbers will say is that there is more inventory (much more) than this time last year AND that prices have fallen from the asking price about 2%. This is an excellent trend.

If you are a renter, who intends to remain in King County, there really isn’t a reason why you would not take advantage of the turn in the market.  By the way, we are still considered one of the hottest markets in America.  So it’s not only a home, it’s an investment.   Follow the link below for more information.
